As vice president of originations at CleanFund, my primary focus is to synthesize project scopes, financial data and risk mitigation to help make PACE financing a mainstream financing resource. As an asset manager of national portfolios valued at more than $1.5B, I provide broad commercial real-estate experience in development, finance and asset management to CleanFund. Prior to joining CleanFund, I oversaw a portfolio of defaulted CMBS, bond-financed and tax credit equity properties with P&L responsibility for over 30,000 apartment units. After starting in the industry as a development analyst in Manhattan, I most recently served in an acquisitions and operations advisory role to a $400MM investment fund.
